Great serivce and very helpful staff.
Forgot to call and let me know when oil change was complete. I requested for them see if they could repair truck bed cover and was told that I needed to replace the cover because it would not latch on one side. Got it checked out at local truck outfitter company down the street and was repaired for free.

Dealer Service Center was busy but they were nice to call Uber to drop me off at home so I could leave my vehicle at the Dealership then Uber pick me up when oil change and tire rotation was done. They really take good care of the customers. 10 stars 👍

Service was as expected first free oil change and tire rotation, only concerning item was told that the prepaid services that was purchased when vehicle was purchased would not be honored at the Baytown location.

Great service, went in for an oil change, Val the service advisor was very helpful. After got a text video with the technician advising some other repairs and I really enjoy the video and not just a call with a full list. No pressure with the extra repairs. They had an uber take me home and returned my back when my truck was ready
