I just recently purchased a brand new pickup truck at Big Star Buick GMC. Was told the cabin air filter and my engine air filter needed to be changed when they didn’t because I changed them 2 months ago. Also the lazy technician didn’t add the washer fluid so my wife has been out of washer fluid for 2 to 3 weeks. I’m going to fill it up when I get home. Does anyone supervise the technicians???
Our experience working with Alex was seamless and easy, he was very thorough and upfront. He did his best to understand our situation and work with us to figure out the best option without giving us the runaround or wasting our time. He understood what we wanted and managed to help us navigate the whole process with all the options looked at. He answered any question we had, and made sure we understood and never felt like any of it was shady. He was by far the most trustworthy we have dealt with.

I thought my salesman was outstanding. When it came to finance I felt trapped in the room and had to make some extended warranty purchase in order to leave. I regret my extra warranty purchases and the final process.
A unique customer oriented dealership. Angela and I were very fortunate to buy a great used car from the Big Star Team . We were treated with great respect and they made the process so easy. We purchased a late model Mercedes from Big Star. The salesman was awesome and so cool. Between Sales and Financing there were no confrontations. Nothing quite like a one on one deal with the team at Big Star.

Excellent customer service. Service manager assisted me and called to inform me the dashboard panel was in stock. Took car in and dashboard was replaced. I was very pleased my car was fixed after waiting for 6 months.
My truck started giving me problems on the way to one of my cousins funeral after the service I called for help. AAA picked up my truck but their service was horrible. Did not take pride in the detailing of my new purchase. I had to send it back to clean again and they still did not clean areas inside that were visibly soiled.
I had a an A/C problem on my GMC 1500 a few days before Labor Day weekend. I needed it to go out of town. I took it in to service department. Just days before. The service department team was able to fix an extensive A/C in job. And get it back to me before the weekend. Great Job Service Team! Much Appreciated Thanks!

I am from out of town , had issue with truck and one of the maintenance mangers climbed under my truck to see the issue . This wouldn’t have happened where I bought the truck from , I would be willing to bet my last dollar on this .
