I had an excellent experience with Big Star Buick GMC in Baytown. They did a great job diagnosing the issue with my 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 and replacing the instrument cluster in the dashboard. The entire process was quick, professional, and efficient.
I especially want to recognize Juan Gonzalez Aguilera for the excellent communication and customer service. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure I always knew the status of my vehicle. I also appreciated being able to track the service progress online.

Best Service experience we have had in years!
I brought in my Yukon Duramax Denali (purchased from them in Nov.2025) for a tire replacement, key replacement and DEF sensor issue. The service team was nice and transparent about the time it would take. They called me with an update in a timely manner and even informed me about a recall for an update we were not aware of and said they were taking care of that while it was there so we didn’t have to come back another time. Took vehicle in for oil change. First time every thing went fine in and out in about 45 minutes. (Oil change, tire rotation, wash.) Second time took twice as long but did excellent job cleaning the vehicle.

Great service not a long wait
Brought my truck here after I started having transmission issues, Andrea helped me get it checked in and going to work so fast I wasn't even late to work! She helped me by finding the power train warranty and got my truck back as quickly as they could! Super professional people, great communication definitely recommend 10/10!

Forgot to call and let me know when oil change was complete. I requested for them see if they could repair truck bed cover and was told that I needed to replace the cover because it would not latch on one side. Got it checked out at local truck outfitter company down the street and was repaired for free.

Dealer Service Center was busy but they were nice to call Uber to drop me off at home so I could leave my vehicle at the Dealership then Uber pick me up when oil change and tire rotation was done. They really take good care of the customers. 10 stars 👍
