These guys are really good at the bait and switch tactic. They falsely advertise available trucks to draw customers and say “oh that truck sold this morning”. Very sneaky! They’re incentives aren’t bad, but they are making it up with low trade in values. Don’t recommend buying here unless you don’t have a trade in.

I brought my 2019 GMC Canyon in for a check on the transmission stuttering when shifting. My truck sat in the Big Star parking lot for 2 week with no service performed - I finally cancelled the service and picked up the vehicle. And was charged $195 for a vehicle inspection by a mechanic. I would like to acknowledge the Service Manager JC,and GM Mr. J. Mayhew, for the awesome team work. The service team installed a transmission in my vehicle 3 years ago, it defaulted having a 3 year warranty, JC took the matter to the GM Mr. Mayhew and it was honored at the 3 year deadline with a loaner car, I thought this is AWESOME. I wish I could remember the name of the staff member but this is the second time I've had my oil changed here, and the service has been outstanding both times! From checking in my car to picking it up after the service, everything has been smooth and efficient. Our experience working with Alex was seamless and easy, he was very thorough and upfront. He did his best to understand our situation and work with us to figure out the best option without giving us the runaround or wasting our time. He understood what we wanted and managed to help us navigate the whole process with all the options looked at. I was notified that the part was in and scheduled a day and time to bring my car to the dealership. When I arrived I told the gentleman who checked me in why I was there. I sat for 2 hours before the service person came to tell me that they didn’t have the part for my car. I was told that the part would be ordered and it should be in 3 days and I would a text. Very dissatisfied with the service overall. Bad customer service, from advisor assigned. No communication as far as vehicle status. Timeframe for simple repair (battery)was unacceptable, they had the vehicle for 5 days. Trying to get anyone to answer the phone is a battle as well. I make an appointment and it still takes too long more than 2 hours for the oil change service.

I previously had a windshield camera recorder installed which plugs into the pcm. I went in for an oil change and a recall repair. The wires were left hanging out, the filter life was not reset and greasy fingerprints were left up and down the hood. I’m usually very satisfied with the service, but the last service was not professional at all.

I took my truck in for normal routine maintenance and it had a couple of recalls. That was done properly and without a problem. I definitely recommend Joe Worley, he got me into a new car and the wait time was minimal, he applied my discounts, took a pic of me and my new baby Buick, and sent me on my way.
